What counts as a transaction?
Each line on a bank or card statement: a deposit, a charge, a transfer. A payout you split into sales and fees still counts as one transaction.
What happens if I go over my plan?
You can move up a plan. We do not bill an overage you did not approve.
Is bookkeeping labor included?
No. Vegawize is software: it categorizes, reconciles and prepares your reports. You review the questions and close the month, or invite your own accountant to do it.
Is tax filing included?
No. Your books are tax-ready and your accountant can log in free, but Vegawize does not file taxes.
Can I change plans?
Upgrade any time; downgrades take effect at your next billing date.
Do you offer annual pricing?
Yes. Annual billing gets you 2 months free. Monthly plans have no contract.
